We were both very disappointed in the chocolate making course. It was hard to understand the instructor. The course was in the middle of their premises and people were constantly walking back and forwards. I couldn't see the screen. The chocolates we took home were not a success. I'm utterly baffled by these glowing reviews.

Ci ha seguito Natalia, una ragazza molto simpatica e competente, che ci insegnato tante cose e fatto assaggiare diversi tipi di cioccolato molto particolari e che ci ha fatto creare le nostre praline e chocolate bar. Consiglio quest’esperienza.

Our chocolatier was knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I booked the bon bon making class to learn about one of my favorite sweet treats and it was nothing short of informative decadent goodness. You will not only get hands on application but also educational opportunity to learn how chocolate is made from cacao. We tried 100% dark chocolate to white chocolate and everything in between savoring each bite.
