    Our driver was a very jerky driver and swerved all over the place. Both my husband and I became VERY motion sick and could not really enjoy ourselves. With a different driver, I feel like the experience would have been better. Also, 2 hours is not enough time to explore Windsor Castle and it costs extra to stay longer so figure that into your expense.

    The most memorable part is that neither Viator nor the travel company told me that parts of the tour (the MOST important parts) would be closed on the day we went. I repeatedly asked for a pro-rated refund and was told no by both. I will never use Viator again. I had great success with "Get Your Guide".

    Touring the Castle Rooms getting information from the Castle Room Employees was the best part of the tour. Long ride but well worth the trip. Unfortunately St. George's Chapel was partly closed to the public because of the Garter Ceremony within two days. Driver was very accommodating with meeting our needs for wife's bathroom quick stop-off. Would have appreciated bit more information about areas passed on way to Windsor.
