The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Waiting charges: 25 minutes of free waiting time is available from your requested pickup time. Thereafter a £6 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes
Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day,New years day eve, New years day 25% surcharges are payable to the driver as a cash payment.
If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Took us to Ickenham from Gatwick. Very efficient friendly service from Dushi. Texted when we arrived to say let her know when near front of queue. We did that and she arrived promptly and took us to her car for a safe drive hike.

If you are looking for travel to and from the airport, this is a great option. It worked very well for our family of four and all of our luggage. In both cases our driver was prompt, courteous, and a safe driver.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
