We had a private day trip to Windsor reserved but had to change at the last minute due to its closure because of the Queen’s passing. Gio contacted us immediately and suggested visiting Hampton Court Palace instead. We are SO glad we did. The palace and gardens are amazing! Our guide, Chris was fantastic. He has a lovely personality and is not only extremely knowledgeable about the property, but also about London and many other subjects as well. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the day. We highly recommend Private London Tours, Chris and Gio.

I never expected to see as much as we did. We got very lucky...not only was it a perfect summer day, there was only the two of us. Ollie took us all over London. We saw all the highlights with even time for a pint of beer. Ollie was very knowledgeable and made learning history fun. I think we walked a little more than a 10K so bring your best walking shoes (since there was only the two of us we walked more than the typical tour as we are fast walkers).

We booked a small group tour but we were the only couple that arrived. Kudos to the company for not cancelling! Gio was an excellent tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the history of London, personable and full of humor. Recommend highly.
