Paid for meet and greet. Gave two phone numbers to be called. I didn’t call the driver. When he called, he called he called my husband’s phone that was still linked to his headphones.. I asked him to hold on while I turned the Bluetooth off but he hung up. Tried to call him back but unable to connect. So sent text by that time he canceled our ride with Viator and had to rebook due to time. Costing us another $80. Very unhappy!! He could have tried other number. He said I should have called him because of delay at luggage and immigration.
