You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Company impossible to deal with. Acknowledged they track the flights but still don’t show up or are late. My experience this morning was dreadful. We waited over 45 minutes , emailed company. It took them over 30 min to respond. Due to slow servers, didn’t see the email until well after the pick up time. We had to take a cab instead at considerably greater cost. Driver was not in terminal at scheduled pickup time. I would never recommend this company.

Our driver was on time, even with our plane being delayed several times from the States (an estimated 4 hours past our originally scheduled time). He was prompt to respond to emails I sent him (I made sure to keep him informed each time our flight was delayed). He was a very nice gentlemen. His vehicle was rated to hold up to 8 passengers (1 driver and 7 passengers). Unfortunately, the rear of his vehicle was challenged to hold 7 pieces of luggage. He of course apologized and our front seat passenger had to hold one of the luggage bags. As long as there aren't more than 6 adults, with standard size luggage, your transport with him will be a good experience.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
