Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can book a journey to and from the following airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, London City, Southampton, Southend and Luton.
This one way private airport transit taxi service can be booked both ways to and from Heathrow Airport.
Passengers on a tight transiting time schedule must inform us in advance of their next flight details.
Pickup and drop off at hotels within 3 miles to any of the Airports can be booked under this product.

Maximum of 2 suitcase and 2 carry-on bags per vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter (£10) charge applies for every additional 15 minutes
If passengers need more than 60 minutes to get through immigration checks, they must call us to keep their driver waiting.

If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very good experience. Fast transportation. On time. Courteous.
However when I tried to book a return trip from Gatwick to a close by hotel at Heathrow they doubled the cost. It's a busy time but "doubled"?
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
