Meet & Greet Service inside the terminal. Your driver will meet you inside your terminal with name board, usually between 45 - 60 minutes depending on your flight and terminal. You will be sent specific meeting places we use for each terminal, so no getting lost !!! we also monitor your flight for any delays etc. No wait time charges for up to 2 hours after landing.

Thank you Solent for a wonderful transfer from Heathrow to Harbour Hotel in Southampton on 21 May. Lural met us at the appointed location in the terminal and whisked us off to the hotel seamlessly. The vehicle was immaculate in cleanliness and comfort and we enjoyed chatting with Lural. Thanks also to Harbour Hotel's recommendation of Solent as it made the beginning of our trip easy and very enjoyable. We highly recommend your service.

Melanie was great and very patient. We had problems getting through the airport and security. I also forgot to take my phone off of airplane mode, so even though Melanie was trying to contact us, I wasn't receiving. Melanie was patient and didn't give up on us even though we were probably an hour past pick up time. We sincerely appreciated her patience.
