You will be sent specific meeting places we use for each terminal, so no getting lost !!! we also monitor your flight for any delays etc. No wait time charges for up to 2 hours after landing.

Melanie was great and very patient. We had problems getting through the airport and security. I also forgot to take my phone off of airplane mode, so even though Melanie was trying to contact us, I wasn't receiving. Melanie was patient and didn't give up on us even though we were probably an hour past pick up time. We sincerely appreciated her patience.

Driver met us in aiport arrivals area as agreed. Flight had been delayed but contact was made by driver to assure us that trip was still confirmed. Good communications by service provider. Recommended to any traveller going from Heathrow to Southampton. Mercedes mini van was spotless.
