I paid $250 for a 4 hour tour around London and wanted dropped off at the cruise terminal. Two days before arrival, I was told I needed to pay another $30 to be dropped off at the cruise terminal and there wasn't enough time to tour London and be dropped off. Once we were picked up, the driver stated he was taking us directly to the cruise terminal and will arrive in 1.5 hours, which I paid for 4 hours. Therefore, I requested he "drive by" a few important places. He drove by the queen's castle, Stonehenge and the tallest church as we took pictures from the car window driving by them. His manager called during that time to tell me I owed another $150 since he drove us by those places. I paid $430 for a 2 hour trip plus tipped the driver $40 because he continued to tell us how nice he was for driving by the three places.
