I expected a very special zoo experience for the price paid. Multiple exhibits were shut due to building works/Covid - none of which were mentioned in the website or reflected in a reduced entry ticket price. We saw 1 lion, 1 tiger, 1 pygmy hippo, squirrel monkeys, a small gorilla, a few penguins and birds, 2 giraffes and 1 camel. Very long queues at the loos and generally felt underwhelmed and very disappointed, never again.

Lovely day but unfortunately we had to use our car due to disability so was restricted to 4 hrs parking so unable to enjoy the trip due to time restraints. There was so much more we could do or see if we had longer. Unable to go to any talks or kids play area. Had to rush lunch so we could get round in 4 hrs and did not have time to go to some attractions.
Such a shame parking is so short
