  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We used the bus transfer from London Heathrow Airport to Stansted Airport. It’s a 45 minutes average drive, very easy to take and at a good rate. The system is very well coordinated and on time. It’s a direct trip with no stops.
