My luggage was lost. I had to take extra time to wait then file a report. It went past my pick up time. I messaged viator who communicated to my driver Manuel who waited for me. He was very kind.

The transport was perfect it was punctual the vehicle was very clean and plenty of space for the customer. The driver was careful and driving very well. It was a real pleasure all the way and I recommend to all and if I have to take over a carrier I will do it again with this company without hesitation
