You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Excellent, timely and convenient pick up at our hotel. We were picked up right on time. The driver was very helpful with our luggage.

Driver drove extremely fast, swerving through lanes going around cars and breaking hard. Also had the windows done the entire ride and when I asked to raise them up driver closed them and then proceed to turn on the AC. I will not book with this company again

The driver was extremely rude. Didn’t even greet and sent a text “ you are already 8 minutes late and I will leave in 2 minutes “. Never had such an unprofessional experience. It’s all about the right attitude and right way of communicating. Flights are already stressful especially travel with kids. This was unnecessary. Hope you all can educate your driver Sabrina . We always tip generously and have had wonderful pleasant drivers. But she was en exception and really spoilt our travel morning.
