If you ever need a driver in London, request my man Peter. He was a history teacher filled with knowledge ! Very kind and well mannered , helpful with any questions and full of facts and the background stories. Would definitely request him again!!! Look forward to future adventures with him!

Based on the reviews, we were so excited to have a private, guided tour with David to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath. The day of the event, a different driver, Hussein, picked us up from our hotel explaining that David was sick. Hussein, while a very kind man, was not informed he was to be a tour guide, but instead just a driver. While driving to Windsor Castle, we decided to look up tickets since Hussein had no knowledge of the price of tickets. We then found out that Windsor Castle is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Had we not looked in advance, we would have never known and wasted the drive there. We ended up enjoying Stonehenge and Bath but on our own. We would have appreciated a call from David explaining the situation and even offering a refund. Instead, he pocketed the $500 and we got a ride. Extremely disappointing and in good faith, this money should be refunded although based on how David/London Country Tours mismanaged the entire situation, I don't expect to see that money again. I would absolutely do you research and ask questions in advance so this doesn't happen to your family. Our three kids were extremely disappointed and we did our best to make the best of the day. I would never recommend London Country Tours to all of our friends visiting London this summer.
