I messaged the driver when we arrived to let them know we had arrived and were picking up two bags. When we got to the arrivals hall, we stood by the designated spot they had told us to wait. We waited 20 minutes and I tried to contact the transportation company. I got voicemail several times. I finally was able to get through and he put on a very long hold and then disconnected me. We tried one more time and I was told that he would be there in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes went by. Finally saw Driver, but we were spent waiting an hour. This was a pretty pricey experience to have such poor service.
