Our driver, Leo, showed up right on time, in a very nice black car, at the pre-arranged pickup spot outside of our hotel. The car was super clean, and he provided Evian bottled water for us as well. Leo was very personable, easy to understand, and willing to show us anything we wanted to see. We left it up to him to choose our route and we saw many areas of London. He knew the history of the areas we visited, interesting stories, and was able to find close by parking and clean restrooms along the way. We chose this tour because we felt a car would be easier to get in and out as I use a cane. Leo was very helpful to assist in getting in and out of the vehicle. We were able to get a ‘taste of London’ in 4 hours and came away with greater appreciation of its history and architecture.

We had a great time. Our driver was very professional and knowledgeable of London and its history. We opted for an airport pickup and it worked out perfect with good communication with operator before the pickup. Highly recommended for a layover at Heathrow.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Leonardo nos ha hecho sentir a mi familia y a mi como si fuéramos parte de la realeza inglesa. Atento en todo momento a nuestras preguntas y explicando de forma amena y divertida hasta los mínimos detalles de todas las partes de Londres que hemos visitado. Ha sabido captar nuestra atención y la de mis hijas siendo dos adolescentes ya es toda una azaña. Yo diría más que recomendable imprescindible.
