The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You will receive a 2nd confirmation 48 hours prior to pickup including Airport meeting point and Hotel pickup time.
Business class passengers should inform us of their travelling class to reduce waiting time.
London Vehicle tax, airport pickup charge and drop off charges are included in the price.
Passengers / travel agent must provide passenger mobile number including international dialing code. If not passenger email address so driver can communicate at the Airport.
If passengers stuck at immigration line and think they will take longer than 75 minutes to reach arrival hall, they should try their best to contact us and inform their situation via phone or email using free wifi at the Airport.
If passengers needed more time to get through immigration line than the pr- requested pickup time , they must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landed time so we can keep driver waiting
Adult pricing applies to all passengers
Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking. (subject to availability)
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Please note that luggage allowances indicated is the total allowed per group, not per person
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.(Airport Pick ups only) For Hotel/ Accommodation pick ups: 10 minutes free waiting time available. Thereafter £6.00 charge applies to every additional 15 minutes.

You may re-confirm or make changes to your booking by sending us an email.
If you have a medical condition that the driver should be aware of or car sickness, keep your driver informed.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was absolutely tremendous. This was our first official day of our London trip. He was informative and took us all over the city. We found all these great spots to visit. I would recommend this tour to anyone when they’re visiting London. It was top-notch

The driver was more than 30 minutes late picking me up! I waited and waited. I had to call and ask where he was.
I could not find him either. He needs a viator sign with my name.

Our driver was wonderful - she had to detour due to road work on the main thoroughfare, so our longer drive from Heathrow to our hotel turned into a wonderful tour of London along the way. Our driver pointed out all the sights and shared insights about the neighborhoods. She was great - and had a car seat for our little one ready to go!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
