The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

This is a private transfer from central London to the Warner Bros. Studio in Leavesden. You will be picked up from your hotel by a professional driver and taken to Warner Bros. Studio in Leavesden to start your magical tour. At the end of the day, You can use the same service to go back to your centrally located accommodation in London.
Please carry admission ticket (hard copy or e-ticket) with you and let us know in advance your admission time to the attraction so we can suggest a pickup time from your accommodation. This is only a transfer service. Buy your Admission tickets to the studio on their official website before purchasing this private transfer service.
We can provide a transfer service for passengers who would like us to pick them from King's cross station. (After a visit to THE Platform)
Price for this transfer is per vehicle, not per person.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Please note: you must pre book return pick up time with the supplier. Last minute time changes may not be possible.
Waiting charges: 15 minutes free waiting time from the schedule pick up time. There after £6 for every 15 minutes. Waiting charges are payable to driver as a cash payment.
Admission tickets to Studio must bought in advance. This is a transfer service only.
If you have a medical condition that the driver should be aware of or car sickness, keep your driver informed.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Safe driver that got us there on time and not stressed. Comfortable car and easy pick up for return.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
