Hola, tenía contratado una excursión para hoy, me han enviado un guía de habla española muy amable pero con poco conocimientos de la ciudad y de los monumentos, nos ha dicho de ir a ver varios q eran gratuitos y han resultado q todos eran pagando ... le pedimos q queríamos ver el cambio de guardia y hemos llegado tarde, con el cambio de guardia empezado porque el coche q íbamos se ha averiado y hemos tenido q ir andando ... nos ha llevado a ir el big ben sabiendo q está en obras y no se puede ver ... nos hemos pasado casi todo el tiempo esperando a que diferentes coches nos recogieran ... conductores mal educados q nos han dejado donde ellos querían ... si se avería nuestro coche lo normal es asignar otro ... a las 12.45 horas el guía nos ha dejado en la torre de londres... les hemos pedido q dado q el servicio había sido nefasto ... y q faltaba una hora y pico para acabar la excursión q por favor nos enviara un coche para cuando saliéramos De la Torre y poder volver a nuestro hotel ... y nos han dicho q no ... por lo q me siento estafada ... no hemos podido ver prácticamente nada ... nos hemos perdido el cambio de guardia... el guía no estaba preparado para una excursión semejante ... y encima tras ser compresivos y tener q ir caminando bastante, por la avería ... luego ni siquiera han tenido ninguna deferencia ... así q estoy bastante decepcionada ... casi 400 € tirados .... una vergüenza de servicio ...

This chauffeur driven tour had way too much walking. The driver could have taken us much closer to the Buckingham Palace and the changing of the guard and the good photo spot as advertised did not exist. Also had to walk a very long distance to the Palace and back to the limo!! Also they drove past or drove by too fast for several photo spots. Fairly long walk to the Nelson monument, Westminster Abby, etc.
