    The tour we booked was completely different to the one we got. First the itinerary was changed without notice. We were supposed to got to Salisbury , Bath, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle but when we got to the meeting point we were informed that we wouldn’t go to Bath and it was changed for Oxford (a city we didn’t even went today). The supervisor told us that it was a TripAdvisor problem and not his company one. Secondly, the tour was supposed to be in Spanish and not one word was spoken in Spanish during the tour. Even the guide told us she didn’t not spoke Spanish. Lunch was also included in the tour but we got another surprise and it wasn’t included. Lastly the guide was very uninterested with us since the begging. She told us that it wasn’t her problem and it was either loosing our money or not going on the tour. Our guide was Apolonia. Very disappointed with this tour and our expectations.

    An absolute joke of a service. Say its a tour but our tour guide Oliver was useless. Then he asked for a tip after doing absolutely NOTHING Lied and had hidden costs. Do not use this company. A complete let down and waste. They should not be allowed to run.

    Don’t waste your time on a bus all day for nothing rent a car instead make it a fun day Won’t never use them again Bus was loud and uncomfortable Dropped us off at the edge of London
