There is, if you know where to look, a very secret London just waiting to be discovered and enjoyed. Taking a Secret London Private Taxi Tour will allow you to discover and explore the hidden courtyards, narrow alleyways, timber framed buildings, forgotten statutes and hidden gardens all tucked away in London. Spend some of your 4-hour tours enjoying typical London pastimes, like a drink in an old London pub, tasting some great fish and chips, or visiting a London market. Just let your guide know if you would like to include any of the above on your tour.
  • When your private tour is finished we can either recommend a drop off point that is in keeping with your themed tour to maximise the sights you see and fun you have that day. Otherwise we would be happy to drop you off anywhere in central London that suits you.
  • Your Taxi Tour Guide will pick you up from your London hotel or any other central London location that suits you. We will send you a SMS text to let you know your Taxi Tour Guide has arrived.

Traveler pickup is offered

We can pick you up and drop of at any central London location or hotel. We will text you on the cell phone you provide us with before your tour. We will tell you the name of your guide and his/her cell phone number. They will let you know when that have arrived at the location.

Heathrow airport and Gatwick are not in central London. They are both over 1 hour's drive from central London. If you book a tour and want to be picked up from Heathrow, we need to arrange your transfer and additional charge.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was our first time with a tour like this and we found it totally fascinating. Lee was encyclopedic and kaleidoscopic in his clear love and knowledge of London: her thousands of years of history and her people…all the while smoothly negotiating the wild, crazy and continuously intense crush of city traffic, meticulously avoiding traffic jams, knowing just where to stop for the perfect photo op…we were amazed, breathless and totally relaxed during the entire ride! What’s more, he was genuine in his desire to tailor the tour to our interests…no “one-size-fits-all” this excursion!…and so additional art and gardens were found, great places for desserts, interesting pubs located near attractions we planned to visit. I really could go on, but, I’ll conclude with this final thought: no matter his salary, this witty, brilliant, gracious man deserves a raise…

I went on the Instagram tour of secret places in London. This was the best tour I’ve ever been on. Lee was an amazing tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and great to talk to AND the best photographer. I have wonderful memories now captured in great photos. I definitely think this is the best tour in London!

Seeing parts of London that are mostly hidden rather than the usual tourist spots was fascinating. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the history of London and we learned a lot. He took many photos for us and some fun "Bond" style ones in front of MI5. We particularly liked the ruins of the huge Roman Amphitheatre under the Guildhall Art Gallery that we had no idea were there. Well worth doing this tour if you are interested in the history side of things.
