For booking of 4 and less: you are free to arrive at any time during opening hours, simply present your voucher for priority seating
If you are a group of 5 or more you will need to call the restaurant in advance to reconfirm
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Booked a table online for four at 6pm. Didn’t get our table til 6.25pm. Food came out luke warm especially the shrimp. Ordered steak fajitas came with four wraps but the cheese was only enough to put on one (I’m not greedy btw). Just wasn’t as good as last time we visited. If you’re after the HR experience go to the Piccadilly one.

AVOID AT all costs! Manager David is the rudest nastiest person ,Arogant has all staff shaking how he talks to them in front of customers .. he actually spat at one poor young girl food was awful really wish I had gone Piccadilly not park lane … utter chaos no organisation told has to wait 35 mins for table but counted 12 tables empty they ask you to wait at bar scheme to get you buying drinks !!! Hard Rock need to audit this place and manager urgently really letting the brand down

Very poor Service:
No food on the terrace
No cleaning wipes at Spare Ribs
No ketchup and mayo to the fries
DA we did not want dessert, we were not allowed to drink our drink but should get up already
Conclusion:
Buy a cap and shirt next door and go somewhere else to eat!
