If you are a group of 5 or more you will need to call the restaurant in advance to reconfirm
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Had a birthday gift which was a combined show and Hard Rock Cafe experience. Unfortunately, the time suggested on the booking wasn't reserved, when we arrived we had the worst table in the place, which was over looking the kitchen, despite the fact that there were plenty of free tables available. My guess is that pre booked experiences means that you will get the worst table and a limited basic menu. Terrible! The staff were lovely though.

After spending the day shopping in London we went for late lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and from the moment we got there it was a great visit. The inside decor was lovely and the rock memorabilia was really fun to look at especially Brian Mays jacket. Our server Davide was really lovely and attentive, he also spoke to us all to make sure that the food was okay, he also asked of any allergies and ensured that the kitchen were aware of my mums egg allergy. The strawberry basil lemonade was really tasty, the twisted mac and cheese that I had was piping hot, tasty and filled the spot. The fries were nice and hot and was really nice to dip into the cheese sauce in the pasta. All the food was cooked really well, and the value of the meal was very good seeing as we were in London. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Really mediocre experience. We chose to celebrate our Thanksgiving here because we saw a turkey and fixin's set menu. First offense we were sequestered to the basement, yet "assured" it's "just as good as the main dining room". Well, it wasn't. We were the first customers in a new section of the basement so we spent our Thanksgiving in basically an empty room. Next, my son ordered off the kids' menu, and the staff didn't synch the arrival of all of our meals. Next, the turkey dinner was ok, but the sweet potatoes were ice cold. If I'd known it wasn't all-you-can eat (like Thanksgiving), I'd have opted for a steak or burger that would have been much less than the 25 GBP Thanksgiving plate. Also, no rolls or bread. Or dessert included. Like, no. Thanksgiving has rolls, and included dessert. Come on! Woudn't bother doing that again.
