Staff were polite and we were sat down in good time. Great guy on the front desk very kind and efficient. Inside was nice like most Hardrock cafes, music playing and we had a good table near the window. My issue and why I wouldn’t return to this restaurant was the very low quality food, very dry bread and the pulled pork was dry and minimal to what it used to be. Small potion of over fried cheap French fries. The food should be so much better! Made for cheap and quick service and a higher the average price.

Waited 20 mins to be seated despite having a reservation. Then waited over 30 mins without being served, after which point my daughter (6) and I left: the manager came to confirm they didn’t care that we hadn’t been attend to, and the server was at pains to point out it wasn’t her station. Having read other reviews, this is clearly an ongoing issue for HRC Park Lane London, with hundreds of other folks experiencing similar terrible service. Just avoid!

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, Ich hatte im Internet die Tour gebucht Keiner wusste so richtig bescheid Als erste Hardrock Cafe hatte ich es groesseren erwartet mit mehr Info und Archivmuseum I'm Café war das Personal freundlich und das Essen war gut. Gruß Karin Noack
