  • Pre-planned maintenance works 23rd - 27th September 2024 Hyperia will be closed for pre-planned maintenance works between 23rd and 27th September 2024. As with all rides, manufacturer guidelines must be adhered to and within those are pre-planned periods of maintenance. It’s standard practice for new rides to have to undergo manufacturer-led maintenance checks to ensure the ride is functioning at it’s very best so that it continues to give guests the optimum experience possible. This information will be available to guests on the Thorpe Park website by visiting the Ride Availability webpage, the Opening Times webpage and the Hyperia webpage.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our recent trip to Thorpe Park was nothing short of excellent! The park truly excels with its thrilling rides, providing an unforgettable experience for any adrenaline junkie. What really stood out, however, were the impressively short queues – a welcome surprise that meant more ride time and less waiting around. Coupled with the consistently friendly and approachable staff, our day was a complete success. We definitely recommend it and are already planning our return!

It was a fairly good day. We enjoyed the rides that we experienced. Two rides had technical difficulties when we were there Saw and Vortex. That was scary. It eroded my trust and confidence in the park to an extent. Also we were not told that there was an issue on Saw even though the personnel was right there. He just had us standing in line obliviously. It was someone in the line who saw it listed online as closed and shared it with the other persons in line. That was disappointing.

It was really good I loved every minute of it and all the rides even though I kept wacking my head on colossus ! The staff are always so nice and friendly too :))
