Unfortunately we ended up missing our tour due to traffic and general confusion of the bustling city. I was able to use the contact feature on the app, requesting if we could take the tour the following night instead. I got a very quick and friendly response informing me that was fine and free of charge. We were able to make it the next night as we knew what we were in for traffic wise, and it was a gorgeous tour! Was lovely to see the icons of London lit up at night, and the driver handled London streets and traffic well- we didn't feel stuck in one place for too long and was able to enjoy the ride.

Such a let down. We paid £48 to spend 90 minutes listening to intermittent facts about some of the buildings and then the same 3 songs on repeat.... for 90 minutes. It was disgusting to have paid that amount of money to listen to 3 songs on repeat and then occasional commentary. Half way through the tour most people Chatted amongst themselves or hopped off. Give this one a skip!
