TERRIBLE!!! We got the 48 hour ticket and on the first day the bus never stoped on the bus stop. We tried 4 stops and the bus never stop at any. We had to walk in the rain which made it even worse. On the second day we when to the stop again and there was a tootbus worker there who told us that the bus doesn’t stop at the stop it’s suppose to and told us to walk to the road where the bus was. When we got to the bus the driver told us that the bus would run in 30 min because the driver was too lazy to drive the bus even though he was in the drivers seat on his phone. He told us to go back where we came from where the person we talked to earlier told us to go back to the bus. So never take tootbus and if you can go to the tootbus where the drive is and stand there chanting TOOTBUS REFUND as loud as you can.

The tour was amazing, it was just before the sunset so we were able to see the attractions under daylight and at night The tour time is more than enough, the driver was so friendly One of the best experiences I did

Ignorant customer service. Irrelevant amateurish commentary. Filthy windows. Book a Thames tour with City Cruises instead. Much better value for money, real commentary, and totally enjoyable. Totally avoid the Tootbus. The big Poopbus would be a more suitable name!
