BUS NEVER CAME. We booked our tickets, arrived at the bus stop super early. A whole bus load of people waited 1.5hrs. Called the booking company who basically said because of the VE Celebrations various stops had been cancelled (hard to believe given the fact it doesn't stop - it's a 90min round trip). We were offered 50% CREDIT. Unbelievable. Completely dishonest. On speaking to a market trader who sells bus tickets/hop on and hop off he said Toot Bus have a reputation for being the worst - apparently only hand over money if you've seen a physical bus.

4 adults did this tour on Saturday evening & whilst we saw many major London landmarks many were from the other side of the river & all we saw was the back of the security wall around Buckingham Palace. What was truly shockingly bad was the narrative. The 2 people on the recordings considered it more important to tell us about their own likes & dislikes rather than telling us of the history so many of these landmarks are steeped in. There was too much music & not enough detail about what we were seeing, the architecture, the history. It was embarrassing to sit through this narrative .
