An absolute horrid experience with Toot bus, saw every other tour bus leaving every hour but the Green route Toot bus did not come for nearly 2 hrs with passengers leaving in frustration one after the other. It showed it was less than 20mins away and still waiting after 1hr. Nearly ruined our day and we left the bus stop out of frustration as it had already wasted half of our day. Don’t book this useless tour bus company!

Great price and fun commentary Could do with a bit more detail on the app on how often the bus arrives at the stops . The staff are more limited at the key stops than some of the other bus companies so couldn’t find out where to switch from blue to yellow to get the boat

Only just sat in the bus the audio is bloody awful. I couldn't care less about someone kissing under a bridge or going to an imax cinema to see h a film about the north pole when I go in a hop on hip off bus u want to learn things about the city and building I am passing and who cares if you went to live aid
