Mostly went to see the jewels. Tons of people! See jewels as soon as you arrive at 10 am. Otherwise, you'll be lining up for a long time. The chapel was interesting only because I knew a bit about it otherwise, I don't think non history junkies would know. The bloody tower was interesting but too dark to see the torture devices. I think that there should be someone at each section to give a short history of each part. Don't spend more than 2 hours here.

VERY LARGE GROUPS. Hard to hear. If you wanted more you have to PAY for an audio guide. The beefeaters are very knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to take pictures with them and ask questions. They DON'T actually take you into the various towers but just point out what each tower is and the history.

The Tower is worth seeing particularly the Crown Jewels. Instead of starting our tour at the moat, they scooted us on to the back of the previous group which was already inside. We were at the back of about 300 people. No microphone. We missed any info at the moat, the Beefeater was giving his talk as we arrived. Who knows how much we missed .there. Well… really missed everything. We were at the back of a too large group The Beefeater had no microphone. People walking by and talking. Couldn’t hear a thing
