The guide was very knowledgeable. It was freezing so spending a lot of time outside wasn’t ideal and felt it could have been shortened. Also when we were catching the boat we had to wait an extra 45 min because three or four of them passing by were full. The guide really tried to solve the issue but it was a lot of unexpected waiting for an already lengthy outdoor tour.

Touring the tower was quite interesting, as was the commentary from our guide. The boat ride portion of the tour was a waste of time and took away from the rest of the way. We had to wait an additional 25 minutes, because we missies the first boat.

Cosette was amazing. Very knowledgeable and funny; a great story teller that kept you entertained the whole tour. The added information around Big Ben and Westminster Abbey was an added surprise! Would recommend.
