For Airport Pick-up:

We monitor and track all the flights, we will pick you up even if your flight is delayed.

Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 60 min after landing.

The driver will then wait a further 15 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control or baggage area.

That is a total of 90 minutes free waiting time after the flight has landed.

If waiting time exceeds 75 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer.

Additional waiting time fees of £12.5 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and airport carpark fee.

If after 75 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
