I went on a walk with Sam via London Walks, and it was great. He is very knowledgeable and cheerful. He asks for questions and incorporates comments and questions from the walkers. He uses an amplifier when the ambient noise is loud, but turns it off to respect quieter places. The tour was really entertaining and informative.
