    バウチャーをチケットに引き換える方法が分かりませんでした。また、バス乗り場に行くと、予約者リストに名前がないと言われ、非常に不安な思いをしました。なんとかゴールデンツアーズの添乗員の方のおかげで、ツアーに参加することはできましたが、とても焦りました。

    The studio tour was amazing but the transportation to and from was terrible. The attendant helping us off the bus gave us no information. While leaving the studio we had to wait for an hour for our bus. Once our bus arrived and everyone was finally loaded, the bus driver decided to take a smoke break

    The tour and studio itself was amazing, but using golden tours isn’t really that worth it. It’s convenient having the travel option, but the bus is pretty uncomfortable and crowded. The driver also didn’t communicate any info as to when we needed to be back on the bus, etc. We were also picked up 30 min late.
