After clearing customs then, exit the building to the airport general pick up area. After exiting the building head to the right where your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.
For departure, the lobby area of the hotel is the designated waiting area for pick up.

Great service! It started with the initial communication with Shamar. I was well informed on where to meet the driver when I arrived. Our driver, Anthony, was very pleasant. He even stopped on our way to the resort so that we could try some fruit that is local to the island. Due to how great the communication and service was with the airport transfer. I booked an excursion to the Blue hole and Dunns River Falls with this company as well. Mark provided the transportation for this excursion. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of Jamaican history and landmarks. We had great conversations on the way to our excursions. I highly recommend this company for any of your transportation needs.

Awesome door-to-door service. Pleasant and efficient experience. We were met with a nice sign of our name at the airport and it was smooth sailing from there! Plus, the driver, Mark, essentially gave us a tour during the ride over to the Grand Palladium, discussing things like the history of Jamaica, what attractions to do, where to eat, etc. Definitely would use this service again.
