Booked snowshoeing tour through Trip Advisor. My Mountains was hard to reach. No one answered mobile. Our airline lost our luggage so we sent an email to My Mountains to rebook or cancel since we had no clothes for snowshoeing. My Mountains emailed back that it could not rebook. We then called Viator, the Trip Advisor listed liaison for My Mountains, to cancel our snowshoeing tour. Viator also said it could not reach My Mountains on its phone. Viator finally notified us that My Mountains refused to refund our prepayment.
General advice is to avoid My Mountains for tours and to use Trip Advisor to read reviews but not for booking an excursion because the ongoing administration after the booking is problematic.
