Take the cable car to the top of Harder Kulm mountain or ride the family-friendly funicular to Heimwehfluh for sweeping views across Interlaken (optional, admission fees apply). Back on the ground, head to the old quarter of Unterseen to visit the Jungfrau Region Tourism Museum, which chronicles the development of travel and tourism in Jungfrau over the past 200 years. This is Switzerland’s first museum dedicated to regional tourism (optional, admission fees apply).

Our tour guide on bus 1 was excellent - very informative and went above and beyond the expectations to assist all with the various your options in Interlaken snd Grindelwald. The short hike to glacier is a must - absolutely amazing sceneries on route as well!

Even though the day started out foggy and drizzly, our sweet and informative guide, Gabbi, kept it interesting. Grindenwald was a quaint town but very few restaurants open when got there, and not many more by the time we left to go back to Interlaken. Luckily the weather cleated and was perfect by afternoon (weather changes quickly so be prepared). We didn't go for the big mountains, but did do the furnicular in Interlaken for the beautiful view. In spite of the wet start, it was a really nice experience.

We have had five tours with Viator in the past few weeks, they have all been wonderful. Until this one. It is not the tour guide’s fault at all. But the plan of the tour was very disorganized. When you leave the station, you go to beautiful Interlaken. So much fantastic shopping. But the guide only allowed us 40 minutes. Then we had to get back on the bus, ride up to Grindelwald. We were given train tickets so that we could return to Interlaken. The choices were a few excursions. The mountain was very clouded over - again NOT the guide’s fault. So 2 hrs of maneuvering trains later, we had 2 hrs back in Interlaken. We tried to just get back to Lucerne, no avail. So a very long day. Some beautiful scenery out the window of the bus, though.
