Con man, don't waste your money This guy (Luis) is a complete con. Do yourself a favor and save hundreds of dollars by booking a boat ride yourself on the Burgenstock boat/shuttle. The wine tasting can be booked at Ottiger winery. This lad takes you on a public bus to get to the winery, and then helped himself to the wine and food that we paid for. It was as we paid for him to be on the wine tasting. He is also full of incorrect information and truly distracts from the beautiful surrounding. Save yourself the headache.

Luis is the best guide ever. He is so knowledgeable and really nice. The boat ride was lovely, wine tasting was wonderful. If I am in Lucerne again I will definitely book another tour. Very, very highly recommended. Thank you Luis for an amazing experience.

Luis was great. We had a large group, including young children, and he was a great help. Very knowledgeable about Lucern and had a nice itinerary planned for the day. He also helped out by playing professional photographer for our group and capturing some great pictures. I highly recommend Luis.
