Sarah was our guide and she was great. The tour ran on point — we got back 45 minutes earlier, and I wish we could have spent that time in Lugano. The coach leaves from Garibaldi station and you have about an hour drive (where our guide gave us plenty of information about the villas and things along our way) to the boat. Then it’s a thirty minutes or so boat ride along the lake to Bellagio. Again, plenty of information was given by Sarah. Once in Bellagio, she recommended us a restaurante she likes, and walk us there. We had a lunch break (you can eat here or wherever you like) and some free time — about an hour. Then there was a second, five minute bot ride to the bus. We rode some 45 minutes to Lugano where we went to a free chocolate sampling and had about a hour of free time. After that, it was back to the drop-off point
