All day tour began with a 30 minute jog from our city center meeting point through back alley ways to the Motorcoach (not a "scenic" stroll)! I brought it to the attention of our tour director, that she was walking SO fast that five or so of us were having a hard time keeping up & our headset devices kept saying "Out of Range" - please turn off! My travel companion kept up with those of us who were struggling to keep up ... Otherwise, we wouldn't have any idea where to catch up with the group! The Motorcoach was nice, exemplary driver! ... Our tour guide 'Laura' talked a bit during the back alley jog but once on board the coach ... Crickets!! We made a one hour stop at Lugano for shopping, snacking, etc. Then another scenic drive through the mountains ... Again with no narration! Didn't even account when we arrived or departed from Switzerland! Waited in lines a good part of the day at each stop getting off and on the public boat transportation. (A comment also made by other guests about the Public Transportation! Again, almost no commentary from tour guide on boats, etc. The tour was very disappointing because of the lack of communication and participation from the tour manager!

Our guide, Andrea, did a great job. Funny and informative. I did not enjoy Bellagio as much as I thought I would. Steep, uneven walking and pretty touristy — but I didn’t see all of it of course.

Alex was incredible!! Made the trip very entertaining. The views in Lugano and Bellagio were beautiful.
