Nobody picked us up because there wasn’t enough people that booked so wasn’t worth their time. They didn’t tell us anything about canceling on us if others didn’t book with them. Disappointed and waiting on refund

Pick up times were off. Met the driver at my pick up location at around 5:35, the he went to Riu to pick up others. At Riu, we waited for like 30mins, if not more. Pick ups should be back to backs; not to waist other people’s time. I also think the driver could be a little more professional. Above all, the experience was fun.

Amazing tour but our guide made the whole experience even better. We got their early and was upgraded for free. But the fire shoe after is a great way to end the night.
