The Luminous Lagoon was the experience of a lifetime. Yes, the water is everything that was told to us but because I can't swim and especially at light that didn't take away from the excitement nor the enjoyment.

We had the fortunate pleasure of staying at the Hilton Rose Hall in MBJ and visiting The Rose Hall mansion followed by the Luminous Lagoon. Our tour guide and driver was Maxwell Erharuyi (AKA Prince Maxee)! He was not only kind and caring, but he was so full of knowledge along the way. He also stayed with us as we braved the dark waters under the night sky of the beautiful luminous lagoon. Our entire trip was filled with food, fun and laughter. Thanks to our safe and observant driving guide, Prince Maxee and Top Caribbean Tours, we learned a lot and plan to return with others in the near future. I encourage everyone heading to Jamaica to use his services. Tell him the STL Crew referred you! You’ll be glad you did.

Leaving the resort can be a daunting task, but Maxwell was an excellent guide. His company combined with his knowledge of the area made this a great trip. The launch point was at a local Jamaican bar where we had a couple of drinks as the sun set. The crew was humorous and helpful. The natural beauty of the bioluminescent algae speaks for itself. The crew also takes professional photos that can be bartered for at a reasonable price. Over all, it was a great experience for me and my wife. I highly recommend Maxwell and his services.
