Arrived at the airport with no transfer vehicle in evidence. I phoned the number provided and it sounded like the driver just woke up (at 11 AM). When he finally understood the problem, he blamed me for not phoning him. Phoning from an aircraft is impossible, plus online bookings are supposed to avoid the need for phoning. Anyway, we had to negotiate with another taxi driver. Based on this experience, I obviously would not recommend the service. Viator did provide a full refund a few days later.
