Get to know the history of Medinet Habu, the Valley of the Nobles, and Deir el-Medina as you explore with your own personal Egyptologist guide.
Begin your trip with pickup from your hotel, then head to the West Bank of Luxor.
Arrive first at Medinet Habu, where the burial temple of Ramses III can be found, one of the city's most important religious monuments.
continue to the Tombs of the Nobles, where you can find more than 500 tombs belonging to the members of the Egyptian aristocracy. Take a look inside a number of the tombs to admire their decoration. Having been less attractive to grave robbers, these tombs tend to be much better preserved than the royal tombs.
Later, follow your guide to the final stop of the tour, Deir el-Medina, an ancient Egyptian village that was home to the artisans who worked on the tombs in the Valley of the Kings.
At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back off at your hotel or selected location

After a full day tour of the East and West bank this half day tour was the best way to add 3 more hidden gems of the West bank to our Egypt experience. Our very knowledgable tour guide Michael took us to the Valley of the Nobles where we visited some beautifully preserved tombs just with him . In the Valley of the Artisans we also had all the time and space to view beautiful tombs without having to dodge other tourists like at the Valley of Kings. The temple of the Medinat Habu was also worth a visit after visiting Karnak and Luxor temple.

This half day tour to Medinet Habu, Valley of the Nobles and valley of the artisans was the perfect complement to the full day tour of the West and East bank of Luxor . It was very interesting to see these hidden gems of the West bank and to be almost alone with our very knowledgeable guide Michael whilst visiting these well preserved tombes and temples. The picknick lunch of falafels was excellent
