We enjoyed a relaxing drive up the Nile from Luxor to Aswan with a driver, Mohamed, and a tour guide, Alaa. We made stops at Edfu and Komondo Temples along the way and learned about their history from Alaa. We felt safe and cared for and appreciated the kindness, especially of Alaa. This trip was a great way to see daily life in the villages in between Luxor and Aswan.
