The rapids were good. We had about 90 minutes on the river before ending in a lake. That was the good The average was the guides and setup Finding the location was poorly marked. In a warehouse on second floor. After getting our gear we had a 15 minute tutorial from the guides. The main guide from South Africa belittled a few of the group of 18!year old teenagers for no reason. I heard he was like this the entire trip. Another thing which was lacking was offering us a bottled water at the half way point. For paying $190 you would expect better service.

We had an incredible rafting experience with Outdoor Interlaken Base! We did this on our honeymoon in July. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and our guide Benji was fantastic — knowledgeable, fun, and made us feel completely safe the entire time. He clearly explained what to expect and kept the energy high while guiding us through an unforgettable adventure. We loved the history as we passed certain landmarks and areas. Highly recommend this team if you’re in Interlaken!
