You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Collected by taxi costing me 20€. Viator driver must have been very late. Will I be picke up next week (29/12) my departure from Madeira airport is 14.45(2.45pm).

We would definitely recommend round trip airport shuttle, someone was waiting for us inside the terminal with a card showing our name, so they were easy to find & then we were taken to the shuttle bus & arrived at our hotel within 1 hour of landing. For the return journey a note was left at the hotel telling us what time they would pick us up. It was very efficient. Would definitely us again.
