Dan provided an insightful and exciting gastronomy tour and history lesson. Three couples, four hours, 2 bars and a restaurant definitely not tourist hot spots but primarily known to locals. Provided beer or wine and snacks at the bars and full dinner paella, sausages, sangria, bread and whiskey shots. Loved it!!

Great walk around Madrid with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. Good variety of tapas with a nice paella dinner at the end. Great activity for our first night in Madrid!

This tour was certainly one of the highlights of our recent trip to Madrid. Pablo was very knowledgeable and truly has a passion for both the history of Madrid and the food of the region. We enjoyed a few tapas, serrano ham, and finished up the tour with an amazing 4-course dinner. The paella was amazing. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a very delicious and informative evening to sign up for this tour!
