We had a 7 hour layover at the Madrid airport. So, this being a private tour was critical to having it fit in our tight schedule. Shortly after booking, Javier reached out to determine when we would like to have the tour. The communication was excellent - friendly and helpful. On the tour, Javier took us through the beautiful city and the 3 hours flew by. Finally, as we were passing our airport layover, it was a HUGE help that the shop offered FREE luggage storage as we were bike shop customers. This saved us at least €60. Thank you, Javier and Atocha Bikes!
