    Buenos hoteles, comida baja calidad, lo más importante y lindo de Alhambra no estaba incluido, excelente la guía allí (Nico). Bus SIN WIFI, hoteles no céntricos, no incluyen tour x ciudades. Escasa información acerca de los sitios a visitar. Recorrido x Toledo sin audio guía. No nos llamaban en la lista x salir, casi nos dejaron a la salida. No recomiendo vuestro servicio. Gracias

    Unfortunately negative experience. When we got to Granada, we were informed that we could not enter to see the Alhambra because there were no tickets for us. Which tickets should have been purchased and reserved for us weeks in advance since we had prepaid for the trip

    Maria was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to accommodate my family. Thank you Maria! I just wish there was more emphasis on historical sites from the Moorish period (besides Alhambra, which was really great). And maybe go out to the city to see more sites and to eat instead of at the hotel. But otherwise it was an amazing trip.
