Dinner by Sebastian in his apartment overlooking the Catherdral was the highlight of our trip to Madrid. He was a wonderful host who made it easy for us to get to his beautiful apartment. The view which we enjoyed as we drank his perfectly spiced Bloody Mary’s was spectacular. We were very lucky to be there on Good Friday so got to watch the Semana Santa procession from his balcony. Each course was perfectly prepared with amazing flavor. By far the best meal we had in Spain. We had so much fun. I can’t recommend this experience enough.
