    To access Bernabeu Stadium go to Tower C. AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. Enjoy a tour of the facilities in the heart of Madrid, where you can learn and recall the history of hundreds of priceless objects, including the most prestigious trophies won by Real Madrid, the best club of the 20th century. The tour includes: ·Panoramic view of the stadium, the visit begins in style. ·Real Madrid Museum, where you can learn about the history and see the trophies the team has won. ·Video and photo-montages with players; take away a unique and original memory.

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • The itinerary will be temporarily reduced due to refurbishment works. You will be able to access the Museum, the 21st century model of the Santiago Bernabéu, take a photo with the Champions League trophy (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium and visit both the Madridista card area and the Official Store. Access to the changing rooms, benches, presidential box and press room is temporarily restricted.
  • The turf has been removed from the pitch.
  • Due to the various events taking place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, as well as the remodelling works, the Tour Bernabéu may vary its route and timetable. Visitors will be informed on the website, at the ticket offices and at the entrance.
  • Ticket valid only for the selected date. The access will be possible at any time.
  • Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
  • Hold onto your ticket until you finish your tour, we will request it from you when you leave to control capacity.
  • Access to the Museum will be limited using capacity control. Alternate routes, entry and exit planning, or the exclusion of certain rooms may be established for safety reasons.
  • We do not provide a left-luggage service
  • No animals are allowed excepting from guide dogs
  • There are several stairs along the itinerary, so we do not recommend bringing luggage or pushchairs, strollers etc.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    What a rip off. In for 20 minutes maximum. Only got to see the trophies and the pitch from the stands. No access to other areas such as changing rooms, tunnel or pitch side. Total disappointment when compared to other stadium tours I have been on. Felt robbed.
