This tour was very disorganized. Monument entrance and tours were after noon and cut significantly into free time…I requested to include the Cathedral… guide said our ticket would let us be admitted and it did not- had to pay to get in. Guide had sufficient English to give brief information but it was obvious the Spanish background was more extensive. A single guide to manage both English & Spanish speaking travelers was difficult. We were able to google the sites and get information though. This tour was NOT typical of Vistour tours- I have taken Viatour tours in a number of cities and they have been excellent. I would certainly not rate this one well. Toledo is a wonderful city and I would recommend friends visit but not take this tour.

Felt that this tour was not as advertised. This was not a full English tour as promoted by Viator, given by IBE Tours. It was a mix of English and Spanish tour. It felt a lot more explanation given in Spanish compared to English. Never mentioned when I signed up that this was a mixed tour. Be warned

Great trip, the guide was very good and we loved the whole experience, always wanted to see Toledo and now we have, amazing city to see
