Supuestamente me escribieron que me recogían en el hotel y nunca pasaron para el tour por la ciudad, muy mal eso, existen varias ofertas dentro de la ciudad para lo mismo

Excellent tour. Guide very knowledgable and had a true interest in teaching us about the history and culture of Madrid. Very generous in going out of his way to suggest places for the best tapas, shopping etc. Our guide clearly loves what he does and his enthusiasm was infectious. We enjoyed him so much that we wished we had more time to be with him for an additional tour. Bravo!
