    Great car service to Madrid airport from downtown apartment. Vehicle was a nice Mercedes. Driver was very efficient, effective and friendly.

    We went to Viator online and booked a private airport transfer with luggage 2 months prior to our departure to Europe. We paid and received our voucher. The day before our departure we received a text reminding us to be in the lobby 3 hours before our flights departure. We waited 10 minutes for the driver who did not arrive. When we called the agency number on the voucher the person told us they made a mistake and booked our transfer for July and not May. They were sorry they were cancelling the transfer because they had no drivers. They weren’t even willing to assist us with finding and alternative method of transport. Not even willing to rectify their mistake. We were relying on this service and now we were scrambling to find a service to transfer 5 people with luggage. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY OR THEIR TRANSFER SERVICES. This is was a stressful ending to our other wise amazing vacation in Spain.

    My daughter had a early morning ride scheduled. Driver was at the hotel on time. Driver was courteous and professional. Car was clean and comfortable. Ride was smooth and arrived on time. Very pleased with this service.
